INSTANT POT® KETO BLUEBERRY BONE BROTH COLLAGEN GUMMIES
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free
Serves about 6 people
INGREDIENTS
1 cup bone broth
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons gelatin powder
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Mix gelatin powder and bone broth together over low heat. Add honey, and then blend the blueberries and lemon juice in a blender.
2. Add the blueberries and lemon juice into the bone broth mixture, and make sure it mixes thoroughly. Pour this mixture into small silicone molds. Use a turkey baster if needed.
3. Move these molds into your refrigerator, and let them firm up, before enjoying!
BLUEBERRY BONE BROTH COLLAGEN GUMMIES
