INSTANT POT® KETO BONE BROTH BARBECUE SAUCE
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free
Serves about 4 people
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup bone broth
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 can strained tomatoes
1/4 cup honey
*Add your favorite spices
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Heat the coconut oil over low heat, and add all ingredients. Let simmer, and add small amounts of broth, if consistency is not quite perfect.
2. After 10 minutes, remove from heat, and store in refrigerator for use.
