INSTANT POT® KETO BONE BROTH PHO
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly
Serves about 4 people
INGREDIENTS
1 pound grass-fed meat, cut up
4 zucchini (sliced as noodles)
6 cups bone broth
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon cilantro
2 tablespoons coconut oil
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Melt the coconut oil in a large slow cooker. Add in the grass-fed meat, and bone broth. Cook until meat is to desired tenderness.
2. Add in basil and cilantro. After 2-3 minutes, serve into bowls, along with the zucchini noodles. Add more bone broth, if desired, and enjoy!
BONE BROTH PHO
- 1 pound grass-fed meat (cut up)
