INSTANT POT® KETO BONE BROTH WAFFLES
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free
Serves about 5 people
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons ghee
2 eggs
2 cups coconut flour
1/2 cup water
1 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup bone broth
1 tablespoon honey
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Combine all ingredients except egg whites into one bowl, and mix well. Separately, whisk the egg whites, then combine with the rest of the ingredients, forming a consistent batter.
2. Use the ghee to coat the surface of the waffle iron, and then pour batter onto iron. Cook until golden brown, serve with your favorite fruit (if desired), and enjoy!
BONE BROTH WAFFLES
