INSTANT POT® KETO BONE CHILI
Serves about 5 people
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons coconut oil
5 cups bone broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon allspice
1 (28-ounce) can chopped tomatoes
2 pounds grass fed beef, cut up
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. In a large pot, coat the bottom with coconut oil. Pour in bone broth, and let simmer on low heat. Pour in tomatoes. Next place grass fed beef in the pot, and turn heat to medium.
2. Let cook for 20-30 minutes, and then sprinkle in garlic powder, basil and allspice. Stir thoroughly.
3. Once cooked fully, ladle out chili into bowls, and enjoy!
BONE CHILI
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
