INSTANT POT® KETO CAULIFLOWER CHILI
Serves about 4 people
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 pound grass fed beef
4 cups bone broth
1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil1 pound cauliflower
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until there is no pink.
2. Add the broth, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, and cauliflower. Cook for 30 minutes-1 hour on low, allowing chili to simmer.
3. When fully cooked, serve, and enjoy!
CAULIFLOWER CHILI
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 pound grass fed beef
