INSTANT POT® KETO CHILI STEW

Serves about 6 people

INGREDIENTS
1 pound grass fed beef, cut up
5 tablespoons coconut oil
5 tablespoons grass fed butter
6 cups bone broth
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.

4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot, and cook the beef over medium heat. Cook until there is no pink visible. Pour in bone broth, and sprinkle in paprika and chili powder. Simmer for 20 minutes, on low heat.

2. Melt butter into the stew, and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 20 more minutes on low heat.

3. When cooked fully, ladle stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!

CHILI STEW

  • 1 pound grass fed beef (cut up)
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
