INSTANT POT® KETO EXTRA SPICY BONE BROTH
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly
Serves about 3 people
INGREDIENTS
4 cups bone broth
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Melt butter in large pot, over low heat.
2. Pour in bone broth.
3. Stir in curry powder, followed by celery. Then, add the hot sauce.
4. After 20 minutes, check the taste of the broth, and add more hot sauce and continue cooking, if desired.
5. Strain the broth, serve, and enjoy!
EXTRA SPICY BONE BROTH
- 4 cups bone broth
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce

- 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter

- Stir in curry powder, followed by celery. Then, add the hot sauce.
