INSTANT POT® KETO EXTRA SPICY SOUP

Serves about 1-2 people

INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut oil
3 quarts bone broth1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 pounds spinach, chopped
2 cups chicken, chopped
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon cilantro
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.

4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Warm the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the bone broth, and simmer for 5- 10 minutes. Add in the chili powder, curry powder, spinach, allspice and cilantro. Let simmer.

2. In a separate skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat, using a little coconut oil to grease the skillet.

3. Once cooked, take the chicken and place gently in the broth. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.

4. Ladle the soup out of the pot, serve, and enjoy!

EXTRA SPICY SOUP
