INSTANT POT® KETO LEMON HALIBUT STEW

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly

Serves about 16 people

INGREDIENTS
4 quarts bone broth
4 pounds halibut, cut up
2 tablespoons basil
1/2 tablespoon ginger
16 slices peeled lemon
8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
*Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 3 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, perform a quick release (covering the steam valve, so as not to spray liquid). Open the Instant Pot®, and remove the food.

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Coat a large pot with the butter, place over low heat, then pour in the bone broth.

2. Once melted, add in all other ingredients (except halibut). Cook on low heat, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in halibut, and cook thoroughly.

3. Serve, and enjoy!

LEMON HALIBUT STEW

  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 4 pounds halibut (cut up)
