INSTANT POT® KETO RIB EYE BONE BROTH
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly
Serves about 12 people
INGREDIENTS
6 grass-fed rib eye steaks
8 tablespoons coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 cups bone broth
5 tablespoons grass-fed butter
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon allspice
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Coat a large pan with the coconut oil, and place steaks in pan. Cook at 450 degrees F, for 10-15 minutes (or until desired). Make sure steaks are cooked thoroughly.
2. Remove steaks from oven, and let cool. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter, and add remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly. Let simmer over low heat, for 10 minutes.
3. Drizzle bone broth over steaks, lightly, and pour the rest into bowls.
4. Serve, and enjoy!
RIB EYE BONE BROTH
- 6 grass-fed rib eye steaks
