INSTANT POT® KETO SIMPLE TURKEY STEW

Serves about 5 people

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds turkey, cut up
1 small can tomato paste
5 cups bone broth
5 strips orange zest
4 tablespoons grass fed butter
1 tablespoon dried basil1 tablespoon chili powder
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®.

2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.

3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.

4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Place butter in large pot, melting over low heat. Place turkey in pot, and let cook. Pour in bone broth, and simmer.

2. Mix in tomato paste, and dried basil. Stir thoroughly.

3. Add in chili powder, and orange zest. Let simmer until desired thickness is achieved. Ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!

SIMPLE TURKEY STEW
