INSTANT POT® KETO SUPERFOOD BONE BROTH
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly
Serves about 3 people
INGREDIENTS
2 bunches kale, chopped
1 bunch, spinach, chopped
3 sprigs parsley
6 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
INSTANT POT® RECIPE
1. Pour all ingredients into the inner pot of the Instant Pot®. Depending on the size of your Instant Pot®, you may need to halve the ingredients.
2. Close the lid, set the pressure release to Sealing, and select Manual/Pressure Cook. Set the Instant Pot® to 5 minutes on high pressure, and let cook.
3. Once cooked, let the pressure naturally disperse from the Instant Pot® for about 10 minutes, then carefully switch the pressure release to Venting.
4. Open the Instant Pot®, serve, and enjoy!
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
1. Heat coconut oil in large pot, on low. Once melted, add in bone broth, followed by kale and spinach. Stir thoroughly.
2. After 10 minutes, stir in turmeric.
3. Let cook for another 10 minutes, then remove from heat, serve with parsley, and enjoy!
SUPERFOOD BONE BROTH
- 2 bunches kale (chopped)
- 1 bunch spinach (chopped)
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Heat coconut oil in large pot, on low. Once melted, add in bone broth, followed by kale and spinach. Stir thoroughly.
- After 10 minutes, stir in turmeric.
- Let cook for another 10 minutes, then remove from heat, serve with parsley, and enjoy!
